Shipping (The part where you wait by the door)
We get it—once you hit "Order," you want your new gear immediately. We don't blame you. We pack everything up carefully right here at the shop and get it moving as fast as humanly possible.

When does it ship? All orders are processed and shipped the next business day.

Tracking: As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can watch its journey. We partner with the pros (Correos, DHL, and UPS) to make sure it gets to you safely.

Iberian Peninsula: If your order is over €80, shipping is 100% free. If it's under €80, the exact cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Islands & International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where you are in the world.

A Quick Note for Non-EU Friends: If you're ordering from outside the European Union, your package might be subject to local customs fees or import taxes. These are out of our hands and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges (No hard feelings)
We want you to absolutely love what you bought. But if it’s not love at first sight, or if the fit isn't exactly what you expected, don't worry. You have 15 calendar days from the day your package arrives to send it back to us.
The Golden Rule: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. That means the original box, all tags, and packaging must be intact. Basically, just don't take your new sneakers out for a test run in the rain before deciding to return them!

What about exchanges? We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size, the fastest way to get it is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order on the site before it sells out.

Who pays for the return? Customers cover the return shipping costs. However, if we totally messed up (sent the wrong size, wrong color, or the item is defective), we pay for everything. We take full responsibility for our mistakes.
