Look, we do everything we can to make sure every order leaves our shop in perfect condition. But we’re human, and sometimes things happen. If something didn’t go as expected, or if you just have doubts about the sizing of a pair of sneakers, let us fix it.
No endless phone menus, no elevator music, no automatic replies. Just real people on the other side.

Shipping. The part where you stare at the door.
We totally get it: the moment you click “Buy”, you already want to wear your new stuff. We’d feel the same. That’s why we prepare every package with care, right here at the shop, and get it moving as quickly as humanly possible.
When will my order ship? All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Tracking: As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number so you can see where it is at all times.
We work with trusted carriers such as Correos, DHL and UPS to make sure everything arrives safe and sound.
Shipping costs
Iberian Peninsula: if your order is over €80, shipping is 100% free. If it’s under €80, the exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Islands and International: shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on where in the world you are.
A quick note for our friends outside the EU: if you place an order from outside the European Union, your package may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not controlled by us and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns and exchanges. No hard feelings.
We want you to absolutely love what you bought. But if it’s not love at first sight, or if the fit isn’t exactly what you expected, don’t worry. You have 15 calendar days from the day your package arrives to send it back to us.
The golden rule: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. That means the original box, all tags, and packaging must be intact. Basically, just don’t take your new sneakers out for a test run in the rain before deciding to return them!
What about exchanges? We don’t do direct exchanges. If you need a different size, the fastest way to get it is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order on the site before it sells out.
Who pays for the return? Customers cover the return shipping costs. However, if we totally messed up —sent the wrong size, wrong color, or the item is defective— we pay for everything. We take full responsibility for our mistakes.
How to make a return in 3 simple steps:

3. Get refunded: Once your package arrives and we inspect it, we’ll process your refund straight back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The tech stuff (SSL): Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. In plain English, this means all your personal data, credit card details, and shipping info are fully encrypted and scrambled the second you hit enter. It’s completely safe.
We don’t store your cards: Your payment is processed directly through secure, official bank gateways. We never see, touch, or store your credit card numbers. Frankly, we have enough to worry about keeping track of warehouse inventory!
Our accepted payment methods: We accept all the usual suspects: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
